RMA Policy for Distributors & Retailers

1. RMA service is for campanies directly buy merchandise from BYTECC.
2. Warranty is valid for 1 years from invoice date.
3. Merchandise needs to be received by BYTECC within 15 working days from the date the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number is issued.
4. All return RMA number should be visible printed on the shipping label or clearly displayed on the outside of the box. All packages without an RMA number and RMA form will be refused.
5. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all original accessories, parts and packaging.
6. All RMA returns for credit after 30 days of original invoice date are subject to 15% restocking fee. No credit accepted after 60 days from the invoice date.
7. Bytecc will issue a credit only if return items are discontinued. Credit will be issued based on current market value or the invoice price subject to charge 15% restocking fee; whichever is lower.

For Users & Consumers' RMA

1. RMA service is for Consumers of BYTECC products that are out of the Return/Refund period from Retailers.
2. Please email to our Tech support/RMA department to see if we can help to solve the problems first.
3. Warranty is valid for 1 years from invoice date and copy of Original invoice is needed for applying RMA.
4. Any product that was misused, neglected, with physical damage or used with other non-Bytecc products are NOT covered.
5. Merchandise needs to be received by BYTECC within 15 working days from the date the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number is issued.
6. All return RMA number should be visible printed on the shipping label or clearly displayed on the outside of the box. All packages without an RMA number and RMA form will be refused.
7. Return shipping fee will be US$10 (For Canada, Hawaii, Alaska fee will be higher)
8. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all original accessories, parts and packaging.
9. RMAs will be replaced with same items or similar items ONLY.
